The Naked Lunch a brand new Australian Rock band based in Sydney is the brainchild of legendary bass player Tony “Robbo, T-Bone, The Kid” Robertson. After previous vinyl releases and live shows in the mid ‘80’s (with a very mixed ‘whoever was available ‘ lineup of members) the band ended due to member commitments to various other bands.
More than 3 decades later a fresh, new version with a permanent line-up of well-seasoned players has formed THE NAKED LUNCH. They have recorded a brand new full-length album with 13 songs, available on all digital formats, CD and if there is sufficient interest, a Vinyl pressing.
2 cover versions of classic songs done in a distinctly “Lunch” style from the originals, 11 brand new original songs complete the 13 threading together a run of words and musical moods that reflect the many tales of Men, Women and Woe. The songs are beautiful, raw, rockin’ and catchy as Hell with more than one earworm. I know you can Dig It.
